1924 Seconds forward who was promoted for one senior game in early 1925. In 1926 he joined VFA side Brunswick to gain experience, and played there through 1927. Parker then moved to north east Victoria, and in 1929 was one of the district's best footballers when he died in an industrial accident. He was dragged into a saw which severed both his legs.
