Ruck and former basketballer who was drafted after playing in the 2016 exhibition match against Brisbane.

Member of Melbourne's first AFLW team and played every game for the season. Played all but one game in the club's second season, and every game in a breakout 2019 where she was one the best rucks in the league and earned her first All Australian selection.

Had a delayed start to the 2020 season, not playing her first game until Round 4. Further injury kept her out for another three weeks, before returning for the winning Semi Final. Pearce returned to top form in 2021, playing every game. She returned to the All Australian team in 2022, and played in a Grand Final. Pearce played all but one game in that year's spring season, appearing in the club's breakthrough premiership victory.

Signed a one year contract extension at the end of 2023.
