Despite an unspectacular three year career as a key position defender during World War II, Bradley made his mark on the club off-the field.
Returned to Preston in 1945, then played with VFA side Brunswick from 1947 to 1949.
Bradley was Reserves runner in 1964, Reserves timekeeper in 1965, as a recruiter from 1966 to 1968 and on the Reserves Committee betweeen 1969 and 1980 when he became the Assistant Reserves Team Manager. In 1982 he was named a life member of the club.
In 1992, Bradley was President of the MFC Former Players and Officials Association.
