Coaches

When he was appointed after the 2011 season Mark Neeld became the 28th man to have coached at least one game at the club. 25 of those had been permanent appointments, with three short-term caretakers. Alex Hall and Checker Hughes are the only coaches to have had two stints in the job, Hughes even returned a third time as a caretaker for one week in 1965 after Norm Smith was sacked. When Smith was re-instated Checker went back into retirement.

(C) denotes mid-season caretaker coach.
